The Nigerian Communications Commission (The Commission) hereby notifies telecom licensees, investors, telecom stakeholders and the public that, in exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act (NCA), 2003, the Commission has published the following Draft Regulatory Frameworks on its official website (www.ncc.gov.ng) and sought comments from stakeholders:
- Spectrum Roadmap 2025 – 2030
- Guidelines on the use of the 60 GHz band for Multi Gigabit Wireless
Systems. - Guidelines on the use of the lower part of the 6GHz band for Wifi-6 in
Nigeria
In accordance with Section 58 of the NCA 2003, the Commission hereby invites all stakeholders to a Public Inquiry on the above draft regulatory frameworks, scheduled to take place as a hybrid event (physical with remote participation) as follows:
