The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) hereby notifies industry stakeholders and the general public on the development of a Consultation Paper for a Framework/Criteria for Zero-Rated Access to Educational Platforms and Content in Nigeria. The Consultation Paper represents a preliminary stakeholder engagement in line with the Commission’s participatory and transparency-driven regulatory approach.
