The Nigerian Communications Commission in the exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 (the Act) has published the pdf Draft Information Memorandum (2.12 MB) for its upcoming auction of the 3.5GHz spectrum band, as part of its 5G Technology Deployment Plan.
Interested stakeholders are by this notice invited to make written submissions on the subject and participate in the Stakeholders' Engagement Programme. Details of the Programme will be be forwarded to interested attendees prior to the slated date.
In accordance with the provisions of the Act, a Stakeholders' Engagement Programme in respect of the above-mentioned draft IM have been scheduled to hold on November 3, 2021.
All submissions on the Draft IM must reach the Commission on or before Wednesday, October 27, 2021 and should be addressed to;
