The licensing process of the Second
National Operator took place in 2002.
The documents listed below were used for the completion of
the process:
The
Information Memorandum
document provided the
information for those parties that were wishing to
participate in the SNO Licensing process.
The
Miscellaneous Documents
did not specifically invited comments but
were generally for information.
The
Questions and Answers
document shows the questions received by the Commission by interested parties,
and NCC's response to the respective questions.
