The LIRIS Database is the Legal Internet Registry Information System. It is the online interface for maintaining the Nigerian Communication's statutory registry on available and assigned licences, Agreements, Licensable undertakings and other deeds. This registry is the Internet Registry Information System (I.R.I.S).

The Online registry allows for ease of retrieval of Registry documents, ease of maintenance and quick access to licence documents. The LIRIS allows online processing of payment transactions in the NCC I.R.I.S account with a Registry Administrator supervising.
