The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), as
mandated by the Communications Act 2003, has developed a
draft National Numbering Plan (NNP) (for industry
consultation) and as a result, plans to conduct numbering
workshop in collaboration with the International
Telecommunications Union (ITU).
