Operator Survey Forms

In furtherance of the Commission's commitment to providing up-to-date statistics on the telecommunications industry, the Commission conducts a regular survey of telecoms operators in which the operators provide information to the Commission. The provision of this information to the Commission is an obligation of all telecoms licensees as mandated in Sections 64-66 of the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 and the Nigerian Communications Commission enforcement processes regulations.

Operators are expected to download the appropriate questionnaire(s) below, fill and submit the completed Full-Year Questionnaire(s) for 2011 on or before Monday February 27, 2012.
