The Consumer Affairs Bureau (CAB) of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) was established in September 2001, to PROTECT, INFORM and EDUCATE the consumers of telecommunications services in Nigeria. The CAB is the interface between the consumer and the Commission.
