The Nigerian Communications Commission in exercise of its powers pursuant to the provisions of Sections 64-66 of the Nigerian Communications Act, 2003 (NCA, 2003), The Terms and Conditions of Licences and other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby directs all NCC Licensees to provide information/data in the manner specified in the relevant questionnaires available via this link. 

Licensees are to submit completed questionnaires not later than Friday, March 14, 2008.  

Please be reminded that Section 65 NCA 2003, Regulation 15(1) Nigerian Communications (Enforcement Processes, etc) Regulations 2005 particularly Second Schedule, Part A of the said Regulations empowers the Commission to impose fines for each contravention and non-compliance by Licensees with the requests for information and/or in the manner specified.
